1.Collection of Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Under the Student Identifiers Act 2014, we are legally mandated to collect and verify your USI before issuing a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment or qualification.
2.Use & Disclosure of Information
Personal data is strictly used for course enrolment, assessment recording, SafeWork NSW card applications, and AVETMISS national reporting to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER).
3.Data Security & Storage
Student records are encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-grade 256-bit encryption with multi-factor authentication protocols.
4.Access to Your Records
Learners may access and review their academic transcripts and personal details at any time via the secure Learner Portal.
